Thanks to ventilated refrigeration and a digital thermostat, the temperature remains between +2°C and +10°C, ensuring reliable and consistent control. The humidity system is fully adjustable (from 50% to 80%), allowing you to fine-tune the exact aging conditions according to your needs and the type of cut.

The double-layer door with Low-E coated tempered glass provides excellent insulation while allowing a clear view of the meat during the aging process—an attractive visual feature for customers or kitchen environments.

The integrated pink LED lighting highlights the meat throughout the entire aging process, offering an appealing visual display, while the UVC germicidal lamp ensures optimal hygiene by reducing the presence of germs.
