Free delivery in mainland France
Delivery is free for all orders over €290 (excluding VAT) within mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Monaco.
For orders under €290 (excluding VAT), a flat shipping fee of €9.95 (excluding VAT) applies.
Delivery to Corsica and Belgium
Delivery to Corsica and Belgium is available at an additional cost. Please contact us at +33 4 78 91 14 66 or by email at contact@chr-market-france.fr to obtain a precise quote based on the products you wish to order.
Delivery to other EU countries and internationally
For delivery to other European Union countries or outside the EU, please contact us at +33 4 78 91 14 66 or by email at contact@chr-market-france.fr to confirm feasibility and estimate shipping costs, taxes, and potential customs duties.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday after receipt of payment and are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery times indicated on each product page are indicative and non-binding. Most items are delivered within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Some items may be shipped from different warehouses and may not arrive at the same time for combined orders.
Delivery delays
If delivery is delayed by more than 5-10 business days from the expected delivery date, the Customer must contact our Customer Service at +33 4 78 91 14 66 or by email at contact@chr-market-france.fr. We will contact the carrier to locate the shipment and make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.
CHR MARKET cannot be held liable for business losses, merchandise losses, or indirect damages related to delivery delays or transport.
Shipping and accessibility
Orders are carefully packaged: small items in appropriate boxes, heavy or fragile items on pallets. It is essential to provide the full name of your business and notify us of any access restrictions (pedestrian streets, dead-ends, delivery time restrictions) when placing your order. Any cost or complication related to delivery access is the Customer’s responsibility.
Receipt and claims
The Customer must check upon delivery:
- The condition of the packaging,
- The quantity and references of the products,
- Compliance and absence of visible damage.
Claims must:
- Be noted on the delivery slip with precise and detailed remarks; general mentions such as "subject to unpacking" are insufficient,
- Be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to CHR MARKET and the carrier within 48 hours following delivery.
Any return without prior written agreement from CHR MARKET will be refused. Costs related to unjustified refusal of delivery are the Customer’s responsibility.
Order errors
To modify the quantity or reference of an item after ordering, contact us at +33 4 78 91 14 66 or by email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make the necessary adjustments.
RETURN POLICY
Return conditions
Consumers have a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, provided the product is complete, intact, and in its original packaging. Spare parts, hygiene products, or custom-made items are not returnable.
The Customer is responsible for returning the product, including shipping costs and organization, and must ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent any damage. CHR MARKET reserves the right to refuse any product that is damaged or incomplete.
Return processing time
Returns are processed Monday to Friday. Processing may take up to 10 business days from receipt and full inspection of the product.
Exceptions
Spare parts and custom stainless steel furniture are neither returnable nor exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Any product that has been unpacked, used, or damaged and cannot be considered new and resalable will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
Right of withdrawal for professionals
According to Article 121-16-1 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may apply to professionals only if:
- The contract is concluded off-premises,
- The subject of the contract does not fall within the core business of the company,
- The company has five employees or fewer.
