Delivery time and order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday after we receive your order and payment, and are generally shipped within 24/48 hours.
Delivery times are indicated on each product sheet. They are indicative and not contractual. Most of the time the items are delivered between 3 and 8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Some items may be shipped from different warehouses and therefore may not be delivered at the same time, in the case of grouped orders of multiple devices.
In the event of a delay in delivery within 5 to 10 working days following the scheduled delivery date, we invite you to report this delay by contacting our Customer Service by phone at 04.78.91.16.66 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask the carrier for the location of the package. As soon as we receive this information, we will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. In the case of a loss due to the carrier, the goods will be reshipped to you as soon as possible.
The transportation of your package
We take special care in packaging orders.
Small devices are carefully shipped in appropriately sized packages, while the heaviest and most fragile devices are shipped on pallets.
It is necessary to indicate the name of the sign of your establishment when ordering to facilitate deliveries, and to specify if it is not accessible in the case of deliveries by small truck or semi-truck (for large appliances). Receipt and complaints
It will be necessary to proceed, upon delivery, to all examinations necessary to detect any missing, defective or other apparent defects or non-conformity of the products delivered. In particular, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging, the number of packages and the products in their quantities, their references, their condition and their characteristics.
In addition to carry on the delivery order the precise and motivated reserves in the event of damage or lacks, the general reserves of the type "under reserve of unpacking" being insufficient.

We allow a legal 14-day withdrawal period for individuals to return products that do not suit you at your expense.
This period runs from the date of receipt of the goods. This right of withdrawal can be exercised in the case where the product is in perfect condition for resale, ie it is complete, has never been used and is not damaged (box never unwrapped).
If you decide to return an item, they must be shipped to us within 14 days. After this time your request will be cancelled and it will not be possible to return your items.
Return shipping costs are not covered by CHR MARKET. The same applies to reshipment costs in the event that the item you returned to us is no longer in saleable condition. The package will be returned to you and the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Under Article 121-16-1 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal is also applicable for professionals when the following 3 conditions are met:
- the contract must be off-premises .
- the subject matter of the contract must not be within the company's primary business scope
- the number of employees in the business must be five or less
Spare parts will not be taken back or exchanged, for reasons of hygiene and safety, as will custom-made stainless steel furniture.
In addition, any unpacked, damaged or used equipment that can no longer be considered new and cannot be resold as is will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
