The PSV DRC 114 traditional meat mincer on stand has been specially designed to meet the requirements of butcher shops, delicatessens, meat processing facilities, caterers and professional kitchens. Thanks to its robust stainless-steel construction and D114 double-cutting system, it ensures fast, uniform and consistent mincing, even during intensive use.

Equipped with a powerful 5.5 HP / 4.1 kW motor and a production capacity of up to 1,400 kg/h, the DRC 114 can process large volumes of meat while maintaining consistent cutting quality. Its wheeled stand design makes it easy to move and integrate into any production area.

Designed for ease of use and hygiene, this meat mincer features a large fixed loading tray, a removable mincing head for easy cleaning and a reverse function.
