With its large rounded stainless steel cooking chamber, the AT211-MDI professional convection oven will allow you to cook prepared dishes, pastries, or even defrost frozen dishes. It has 2 control buttons to set the timer and the temperature with digital display.

This professional electric oven entirely in stainless steel is equipped with two ventilation motors which will allow the hot air to be mixed according to the principle of rotating heat, in order to ensure uniform and perfect cooking of all your dishes, but also to reheat several dishes simultaneously without mixing flavors.

The AT211-MDI BARTSCHER oven comes with 1 GN1/1 grid + 1 GN1/1 plate.
