A robust appliance, this 12L-10 electric fryer from Bartscher with 2 12-litre tanks is particularly suitable for use in large professional kitchens. Oil drain cocks, removable gratings and tilting electric heaters allow easy cleaning.

High performance with its power of 18kW (400V), the fryer will fry your preparations in no time. Each part is separately adjustable in temperature from 50°C to 190°C. It is also equipped with a safety thermostat.

The cold zones keep the lower parts of the bath at a temperature of 60°C. Thus, the particles escaping from the food during cooking will be deposited in this cold zone, without being decomposed or charred, which will allow the oil to keep better for longer, without altering its taste.
