A robust appliance, this Bartscher 12L-10 electric fryer with 12 liter tank is particularly suitable for use in large professional kitchens. The oil drain valve, the removable grating and the tilting electrical resistance allow easy cleaning.

High performance with its power of 9kW (400V), the fryer will fry your preparations in no time. The temperature range is adjustable from 50°C to 190°C. It is also equipped with a safety thermostat.

The cold zone keeps the lower part of the bath at a temperature of 60°C. Thus, the particles escaping from the food during cooking will be deposited in this cold zone, without being decomposed or charred, which will allow the oil to keep better for longer, without altering its taste.
