The DITO SAMA LVA100 is a professional washer-extractor designed to guarantee fast, efficient, and hygienic washing of vegetables and salads. Automatic operating mode:
- 3 wash cycles with or without automatic disinfection function (with the option to adjust the pump speed and exclude the spin cycle for heavy vegetables).
- Automatic cleaning cycle: to rinse and disinfect the interior.
- Before starting this cycle, use the provided spray nozzle to remove any remaining dirt inside.
Manual operating mode:
- The operator can adjust the duration of each step as well as the speed of the pump
- It is also possible to use the continuous cycle by selecting the "Cont" mode
Water consumption for each of the 3 programs (cycles):
- Cycle 1: requires 38 liters of water and only 13 liters of clean water for each subsequent cycle. The use of a disinfectant is recommended.
- Cycle 2: requires 30 liters of water
- Cycle 3: requires 90 liters of water for a full immersion wash or 50 liters for a semi-immersion wash
