The Bartscher 2CP400G professional gas crepe maker is designed for intensive use. It features 2 x 400mm enamelled cast iron cooking plates with a combination of circular and star burner to ensure good heat conduction, and ensure even cooking with a minimum of fat for fluffy and golden pancakes.

Its exterior is entirely made of stainless steel. Each plate The temperature is regulated on 2 levels from 150°C to 300°C by manual control knob.
