Bartscher's 1CP400G professional gas crepe maker is designed for intensive use. It features a 400mm enameled cast iron cooking surface and a combination of circular and star burner to ensure good conduction heat, and ensure even cooking with a minimum of fat for fluffy and golden pancakes.

Its exterior is entirely made of stainless steel. The temperature is regulated on 2 levels from 150°C to 300°C by manual control button.
