Tips for using the KV 2 coffee machine:

For water hardness levels of 5° dH or higher, we recommend installing a suitable water softener upstream and limiting the water pressure to a maximum of 3 bars.

A pressure reducer is required for water pressures of 3 bar and above. This automatic coffee dispenser contains wear parts. If the automatic coffee dispenser is properly maintained, the wear parts should normally last until the indicated number of drinks dispensed. Coffee preparation unit: 60,000 dispenses. Pump, drain valve, coffee grinder, and seals: 25,000 dispenses. Failure of these wear parts after the specified dispensing quantity has been reached does not constitute a defect in the automatic coffee dispenser. Installation/instruction by an authorized service partner required.
