The principle of the planetary movement mixer is based on the fact that the whisk or accessories move like the planets in the bowl in order to be in permanent contact with the food and that the food is mixed correctly.

The device has a removable bowl ø318xH290mm that can knead up to 6kg of dough, as well as a 3-speed mechanical gearbox + emergency stop button.

It comes with 3 accessories entirely in stainless steel:

• the whisk (recommended for whipping cream, beating eggs until stiff, using at high speed);
• the dough hook (recommended for heavy bread dough, use at low speed);
• The paddle (recommended for thin doughs, cakes and pastries and mashed potatoes, such as stuffing, and is best used at medium speed)
