A true collector's item with a timeless design, the BERKEL L16 manual slicer is a reproduction of the legendary L 900 model, synonymous with perfection, reliability, innovation and durability. Assembled by hand in Italy with noble materials such as aluminum, it is also distinguished by the particular care given to details such as its enamel paint with oven cooking treatment and which gives it an extraordinary stage presence in a restaurant room, or kitchen.

The L16 manual slicer is not only legendary for its elegance, it also stands out for its very high precision mechanical technology, allowing cutting quality to the nearest tenth of a millimeter from 0 to 4mm for perfect slices and chiffonades, with automatic advance of the carriage towards the blade. Its 350mm diameter disc will allow a maximum rectangular cut of 260x200mm, i.e. a maximum circular cutting capacity of ø210mm, ideal for medium pieces of ham, half hams, mortadella, salamis, but also cheese.
