The device has a built-in storage bin with a capacity of 50kg of ice cubes, so as to have a sufficient quantity of ice cubes always available.

Hoshizaki's cube-shaped solid ice cube is unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is extremely compact, dry, neutral, even and dilutes very slowly. Many restaurateurs swear by this shape only available on Hoshizaki machines.
