The SMS410A production head from the ITV brand is specially designed to support the frenetic pace of a restaurant, a brasserie, or a cocktail bar. It is capable of producing up to 405kg of 12g cube ice cubes per day, which represents approximately 400 ice cubes per cycle.

The ice cube allows drinks to cool in just a few seconds thanks to its 6 sides which provide a large surface area of ​​ice in contact with the drink. The cubed ice cubes are small, make noise, collide and create a friendly atmosphere. They take up a lot of space in the glass, ideal for fast foods and snacks.

This all-terrain ice maker is reliable and designed to make ice in harsh water quality conditions. It has an air cooling system, and produces ice cubes with a vertical evaporation system, which ensures better longevity.

The device connects directly to the water for continuous automated production of ice cubes, it is stackable and will ideally be installed on a storage bin which will collect the ice cubes and keep them at an optimal temperature thanks to its insulation .
