The CD 800 panoramic display case from ROLLER GRILL will sublimate your pastries, your tarts and all your fruit-based desserts, while keeping them in ideal conditions thanks to the high-performance cold system ensuring a uniform temperature from +2 to + 10°C. The evaporator placed in the upper part will guarantee a slow and homogeneous air flow throughout the display window.

Your pastries and culinary creations are presented on 2 glass shelves measuring 645 x 490 mm and on a stainless steel tray that can accommodate 2 GN 1/1 dishes.

The electronic thermostat allows automatic defrosting every 2 hours. Perfectly insulated, this positive display case is equipped with double-glazed walls and sliding doors. All refrigerated pastry display cases are factory tested at an ambient outside temperature of 29°C.
