The central heated salad bar is designed for self-service use, for the presentation of prepared dishes. It has a large GN1/1 bain-marie heating tank to accommodate up to 4 150mm deep GN1/1 containers (not supplied), with optimal presentation and maintenance at the right temperature (+20 to +90 °C) of your hot buffets. A drain valve will allow emptying easily.

The central base will allow the storage of plates and cutlery, and the large folding shelves will be very practical for plated service.
