The IQN300A nugget machine designed by ITV, can produce up to 382kg of nugget ice cream per day. Nugget ice composed of small irregular fragments has the particularity of being both fine and compact to ensure faster cooling, but also of having a very low water content (10%), which will melt very slowly. In addition, its temperature between -2°C and - 3°C will not harm the product, ideal for cocktails and laboratories.

Generally used by fishmongers, the IQN300A nugget ice machine has an air cooling system. The device connects directly to water for automated, continuous ice making, and consumes 12.7 liters of water per hour.
