The Bartscher AL5 blast chiller is designed to chill or freeze food products very quickly by creating a thermal shock that will avoid the proliferation of bacteria, while maintaining product quality.
The professional cooler has a ventilated cold allowing an optimal distribution of the temperature, and will be able in particular to reduce the temperature of a food product from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes in the chilling cycle, or freeze food from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes in the blast freezing cycle.
The core probe will allow you to know the exact temperature of the food on each level of the cell, and therefore to work with precision.
