Useful in the field of butchery, charcuterie, and in slaughterhouses, the carcass trolley is used for the suspension of large pieces of animal meat, with a capacity load up to 500 maximum.

It has a tine bar level and is available in three versions, either with 11 tines (1200mm), or with 13 tines (1400mm), or still with 17 teeth (1800mm), allowing to hang the pieces of meat.

Robust thanks to its AISI-304 stainless steel construction, the detailing trolley will be able to support many pieces of meat. The bottom of the cart is mounted with a removable blood tray for easy maintenance, ideal for slaughterhouses, salted meats, poultry processing farm products..
