Very frequently used in the butchery, charcuterie and slaughterhouse sectors, the detailing trolley is designed for the suspension of animal meat cut into pieces. It has 2 levels of tine bar and is available in two versions, either with 22 tines (1200mm) or with 32 tines (1800mm), which allow you to hang the pieces of meat.

Robust thanks to its AISI-304 stainless steel construction, the detailing trolley will be able to support many pieces of meat. The bottom of the cart is mounted with a removable blood tray for easy maintenance.
