The Sashimi display cases from the HNC range have a modern and elegant design. They are designed and constructed to enhance and preserve the freshness of the most delicate fish, even at peak times.

The HOSHIZAKI display case avoids the drying effect on uncovered foods of forced air refrigeration. The cold air is simply “settled” on the food and cools it – the preferred option for salads, meat, seafood and sushi.

The tubular-shaped evaporator gently absorbs heat continuously. Condensation naturally freezes on its outer surface, appearing as an attractive, snow-white layer of frost. The continuous flow of refrigerant does not allow the evaporator temperature to exceed the freezing temperature. Therefore, the frost layer never thaws. Without the formation of condensation water, there are no unpleasant drips on the exposed products, regardless of the frequency of opening and closing of the sliding doors during peak periods.

The very practical non-slip top is ideal for placing serving dishes.
