With a capacity of 200 liters, the brewing tank, also called a steeping tank, is made of quality AISI-304 stainless steel, with galvanized clevis and 4 swivel castors.
The stainless steel tank on wheels is also equipped with a drain valve for very simple emptying, with evacuation by 1/4 turn.< /p>
