Robust, it is entirely made of stainless steel and equipped with 2 refrigerated enclosures that can accommodate GN1/1 grills, each closed by hinged doors. It has ventilated air cooling with electronic temperature adjustment from 0°C to 10°C in increments of 0.1°C, with digital display.

A backsplash is available as an option, more suitable for use against a wall, to avoid leaks.
