Ideal for serving sandwiches, salads, and raw vegetables, the L2G S900SQ salad bowl is equipped with a large 250L refrigerated compartment closed by 2 doors with automatic closing, as well as a refrigerated tank which can contain 2 GN1/1 containers + 3 GN1/6 containers of 150mm (bins not supplied), topped a glass sneeze guard with shelf for greater hygiene.

The salad cabinet is refrigerated by ventilated air with temperature adjustment from +2°C to 8°C, by electronic control with digital display.
