The refrigerated salad'bar is designed for self-service use, for the presentation of salads, cold starters, or desserts. It has 4 large GN1/1 refrigerated tanks to accommodate up to 6 GN1/1 containers 150mm deep (not supplied), with optimal presentation and maintaining the right temperature (+2/+10°C) of your cold buffets.

The central base will allow the storage of plates and cutlery, and the large folding shelves will be very practical for plated service.
