The unit features a built-in storage bin with a capacity of approximately 110 kg of ice, ensuring an ample supply of ice is always available.

Hoshizaki’s full cube ice is unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is extremely compact, dry, neutral, uniform, and melts very slowly. Many professionals rely exclusively on this cube shape, available only on Hoshizaki ice machines.

The IM-240PE-23 features a fully stainless steel exterior with an integrated door handle for a premium finish. Its injected polyurethane insulation reduces the number of production cycles thanks to the exceptional quality and consistency of the ice.
