The device has an integrated storage bin with a capacity of 26kg of ice cubes, so that you have a sufficient quantity of ice cubes always available.

The solid cube-shaped ice cube from Hoshizaki is unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is extremely compact, dry, neutral, regular and dilutes very slowly. Many restaurateurs swear by this form only available on Hoshizaki machines.
