Very versatile and suitable for a large number of applications, Hoshizaki grain ice is moist and composed of 75% ice and 25% water. Its malleable texture makes it ideal for maintaining fresh products at an optimal storage temperature with an adequate humidity level, thus preserving their freshness (texture, taste, weight) and their commercial value.

The ice is free from any impurities and rmeets the strictest hygiene requirements. 

HOSHIZAKI's FM-300AKE-HC-SB machine can produce up to 300 kg of grain ice in 24 hours, and will be placed above a storage bin (sold separately see accessories). It connects directly to the water for continuous automated ice cube production, with controlled water consumption since 100% of the water in its circuit is used to make ice, thus optimizing water consumption. .

Its ergonomics are optimized with a stainless steel exterior finish, removable air filter on the front, door seals that can be removed without tools, pre-configured electronic card for optimal plug and play use. .
