Designed for cocktails, the dry and hard texture of cubelet ice provides ideal cooling and the right amount of dilution for sublime tasting, with a ratio of 90% ice / 10% water to guarantee maximum cooling. The ice is free from any impurities and rmeets the strictest hygiene requirements.

HOSHIZAKI's CM-140KE machine can produce up to 140kg of ice cubelets in 24 hours, and has a storage bin of approximately 32kg. It connects directly to the water for continuous automated ice cube production, with controlled water consumption since 100% of the water in its circuit is used to make ice, thus optimizing water consumption. 

Its ergonomics are optimized with a stainless steel exterior finish, removable air filter on the front, door seals that can be removed without tools, pre-configured electronic card for optimal plug and play use.
