Ideal for bars, restaurants and night establishments, the KM-60C-HC ice maker from the Hoshizaki brand will make up to 60kg of ice in 24 hours 10g clear and solid half-moon ice cubes measuring 29x38x13mm. One of the most striking characteristics of the half-moon ice cube is its fin shape which makes it the ideal ice cube for drinks, for making cocktails, bubble tea, its shape is also ideal for filling champagne buckets because it preserves the labels.

The device has an integrated storage bin with a capacity of 23kg of ice cubes, which represents approximately 2000 ice cubes, so to have a sufficient quantity of ice cubes always available.

The Hoshizaki ice cube is unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is extremely compact, dry, neutral, regular and dilutes very slowly. Many restaurateurs swear by this form only available on Hoshizaki machines.

The KM-60C-HC machine features a full stainless steel exterior with an integrated door handle ensuring a high quality finish. Its injected polyurethane insulation reduces the number of production cycles due to the quality and consistency of the ice.
