One of the most striking characteristics of the half-moon ice cube is its fin shape which makes it the ideal ice cube for drinks, for making cocktails, bubble tea, its shape is also ideal for filling champagne buckets because it preserves the labels.

The Hoshizaki ice cube is unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is extremely compact, dry, neutral, regular and dilutes very slowly. Many restaurateurs swear by this form only available on Hoshizaki machines.

The KMD-210ABE-HC machine features a full stainless steel exterior with an integrated door handle ensuring a high quality finish. Its injected polyurethane insulation reduces the number of production cycles due to the quality and consistency of the ice.
