One of the most striking characteristics of the half-moon ice cube is its fin shape which makes it the ideal ice cube for drinks, for making cocktails, bubble tea, its shape is also ideal for filling champagne buckets because it preserves the labels.

The device has an integrated storage bin with a capacity of 55kg of ice cubes, which represents approximately 5000 ice cubes, so to have a sufficient quantity of ice cubes always available.

The Hoshizaki ice cube is unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is extremely compact, dry, neutral, regular and dilutes very slowly. Many restaurateurs swear by this form only available on Hoshizaki machines.
