The heated salad'bar is designed for self-service use, for the presentation of your prepared dishes. It has a large heating tank by bain-marie system with a capacity of 4 GN1/1 trays of 150mm depth (not supplied), for optimal presentation and maintenance at the right temperature (+20/+90°C ) of your hot buffets.

The central base will allow the storage of plates and cutlery, and the large folding shelves will be very practical for plated service.
