The HD 1200 panoramic display case from ROLLER GRILL will showcase your treats, quiches, and other savory snacks, while keeping them at the ideal temperature thanks to the Incoloy resistance and the thermo-fan allowing uniform heat to be maintained in the display case. .

The electronic thermostat can regulate the temperature from 20°C to 90°C with precision to the nearest degree. It guarantees a sufficient temperature (72°C) for meat-based snacks such as nuggets, meatballs or pastries. A water tray provides essential humidity control to keep pastries and treats soft.

The display case has 2 glass shelves measuring 1045 x 490mm and a stainless steel tray that can accommodate 3 GN 1/1 dishes each.

The glass doors, shelves, stainless steel shelf supports, stainless steel bottom shelf and the water tray are completely removable for easy cleaning.
