It can mix, emulsify and knead up to 100L of preparation in no time, and will be ideal for your preparations of 200 to 600 covers thanks to its 280mm stainless steel whisk - for making whipped egg whites, whipped cream , mashed potatoes, vinaigrette, mayonnaise, emulsions, kneading

It is also equipped with the new patented "EASY PLUG" system, allowing the power cord to be easily removed, as well as a power-on indicator light.

The stainless steel motor block has a lug allowing it to be used as a point of support and pivot on the edge of a pan for better stability and working comfort! Wall bracket included.
