Ideal for bars, restaurants and night establishments, the IM-240ANE-HC ice maker from the Hoshizaki brand will make in 24 hours up to 210kg of ice cubes (size L) clear and solid of 23g (28x28x32mm).

Hoshizaki's cube-shaped solid ice cube is unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is extremely compact, dry, neutral, even and dilutes very slowly. Many restaurateurs swear by this shape only available on Hoshizaki machines.

The IM-240ANE-HC machine features a fully stainless steel exterior with an integrated door handle ensuring a high quality finish. Its injected polyurethane insulation reduces the number of production cycles due to the quality and consistency of the ice cream.

The HC range uses the environmentally friendly R290 natural refrigerant, offering energy performance that saves 41.5% of energy compared to the equivalent HFC model.

All Hoshizaki ice cream makers are equipped with an electronic control system to optimize the ice-making process, even under varying conditions. They produce generous quantities of ice cubes, of always the same quality and regularity, without any intervention on your part.
