Ideal for delicious Donnër Kebab and Gyros, the professional gas kebab machine has 3 heating zones to grill evenly up to 40kg of meat on the spit. The depth of the heating zone is adjustable to best adapt to the diameter of the spit.

It is entirely made of stainless steel and has a motor in the lower part with resistors under the tray to keep the cut meat warm. The motor rotation speed is 1 rpm with the possibility of adjusting the direction of rotation.
