The IQ450A machine designed by the ITV brand can produce up to 482kg of grain ice per day. This ice composed of small irregular fragments has the particularity of being both fine and compact to ensure faster cooling.

Generally used by fishmongers, the IQ450A flake ice machine has an air cooling system. The device connects directly to water for automated, continuous ice making, and consumes approximately 20.1 liters per hour.

The air-cooled machine is easy to install, requires no special installation, and is often ready to plug in right out of the box. It is often less expensive to purchase, for a machine with equivalent capacity. This is the most commonly used type of machine. However, this model cannot be built into your kitchen because it requires space around it, so that the air can circulate freely and the machine functions optimally.
