The IQ180A flake machine designed by the ITV brand can produce up to 182kg of flake ice per day.

Also called grain ice, this ice made up of small irregular fragments has the particularity of being both fine and compact to ensure faster cooling.

Generally used by fishmongers, the IQ180 flake ice machine has an air cooling system. The device connects directly to water for continuous automated ice cube production, and consumes only 6.8 liters per hour.

The air-cooled machine is easy to install, requires no special installation, and is often ready to plug in right out of the box. It is often less expensive to purchase, for a machine with equivalent capacity. This is the most commonly used type of machine.
