How to connect it?

The grease trap is designed to be installed under a sink in the kitchen and must be connected to the main drain or directly to the siphon. All equipment producing grease, such as ovens or fryers, can also be connected (dishwashers are not recommended). It should be easily accessible to facilitate emptying and cleaning operations.
