Dehydrating food makes it keep it longer. This gentle preservation method optimally preserves nutrients and gives a new taste dimension to fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, herbs and spices.

The Bartscher 120 dehydrator is equipped with a mechanically controlled thermostat and digital display, allowing the temperature to be manually adjusted from 30°C to 70°C in 1°C intervals depending on the type of food to be dehydrated. It also has an adjustable timer from 30 minutes to 48h with automatic shut-off.

The device has 12 levels spaced 20mm apart, and comes with 6 plastic grids L285xD325mm.

It also has a fan that will evenly circulate the air inside the enclosure to ensure even drying and quiet operation.
