Ideal for catering professionals, the RM 5 mixer without front accessory socket has a stainless steel bowl with handle with a capacity of 5.5L. It is extremely quiet thanks to its asynchronous motor and has a very precise variable speed selector with 10 indexed speeds ranging from 90 to 600 rpm.

The rounded bottom of the bowl allows optimal kneading of preparations and also allows the production of very small quantities.

This model comes with a stainless steel whisk, paddle and spiral.
