The LABO is a whipped cream production machine designed by MUSSANA for professionals (pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream parlors…). It is a machine without a cooling unit, meaning it does not contain an internal refrigeration system.
It operates via direct suction: the cream is drawn from an external container (bin, bucket, etc.), allowing the machine to be connected directly to a cream container without manual transfer.
Compact, it has a production capacity of up to 80 liters of raw cream per hour (corresponding to a large volume of finished whipped cream), suitable for intensive production.
