Supplied with a self-sharpening stainless steel knife with 4 blades and 2 stainless steel grids for fine (4.5mm) and large (6mm) hacharges, you will have the possibility of chopping meat, vegetables, fish but also cheese, dried fruit or even bread.

Tip: For best results, use very cold or partially frozen meat!
