Robust, it is entirely made of stainless steel and equipped with 6 refrigerated drawers to hold GN1/1 containers (max 100mm deep). It has ventilated air cooling with electronic temperature adjustment from 0°C to 10°C in increments of 0.1°C, with digital display.

A backsplash is available as an option, more suitable for use against a wall, to avoid leaks.
