Entirely made in France, the professional pineapple cutter from the French brand Louis Tellier will be particularly well suited for cutting large quantities of pineapple flesh in a single movement< /span>. It allows an work without effort thanks to the wide reduction of movement and is perfectly adapted to the requirement of large productions such as communities and catering.

In addition to perfectly peeling pineapples with just one hand, the professional pineapple cutterwill allow you to core them, i.e. to remove the core pineapple in one motion. You will be able to place a 150mm GN1/1 type collection tray below the device to then collect the peeled pineapples.

Made of 18/10 stainless steel, the device offers total safety by preventing the pusher from falling unexpectedly and fixing it on the worktop. The 4 suction cups will secure the device to the work surface.

The blade and pusher can be removed without tools for easy cleaning after each use. Choose your knife diameter ø89mm, 95mm or 102mm!
