Ideal for bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, the Hoshizaki IM-240XPE-32 modular ice maker produces up to 190 kg of clear, solid XL-size cube ice every 24 hours, with each cube weighing 31 g (32 × 32 × 32 mm). It does not feature an integrated storage bin but can be installed on an external storage bin. It can also be stacked with the IM-240DPE-32 model for increased ice production.

Hoshizaki’s full cube ice is truly unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, these cubes are exceptionally compact, dry, pure, and uniform, with a very slow melting rate. Many professional operators rely exclusively on this ice shape, available only from Hoshizaki.

The IM-240XPE-32 features a fully stainless steel exterior with an integrated door handle for a premium finish. Its injected polyurethane insulation reduces the number of production cycles thanks to the excellent quality and consistency of the ice.

The HC range uses natural R290 refrigerant, providing an environmentally friendly solution while delivering outstanding energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption by up to 16.2% compared with the equivalent HFC model.

All Hoshizaki ice makers are equipped with an electronic control system that optimises the ice-making process, even under varying operating conditions. They consistently produce generous quantities of ice with uniform quality and shape, without requiring user intervention.
