Ideal for bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues, the Hoshizaki IM-240APE ice maker produces up to 210 kg of clear, solid standard cube ice (Large size) every 24 hours. Each cube weighs 23 g (28 x 28 x 32 mm). This model does not include a built-in storage bin and is designed to be installed on a B-140SA, B-210SA, or B-340SA storage bin (not included).

Hoshizaki's full cube ice is truly unique. Developed exclusively by the brand, it is exceptionally dense, dry, pure, and perfectly uniform, melting very slowly. Many professionals rely exclusively on this distinctive cube shape, available only with Hoshizaki ice machines.

The IM-240APE features a fully stainless steel exterior with an integrated door handle, providing a premium-quality finish. Its injected polyurethane insulation helps reduce production cycles by maintaining consistent ice quality and improving energy efficiency.

It uses environmentally friendly R290 natural refrigerant, delivering outstanding energy performance while reducing energy consumption by up to 41.5% compared to the equivalent HFC model.

All Hoshizaki ice makers are equipped with an electronic control system that optimizes the ice-making process, even under changing operating conditions. They consistently produce generous quantities of ice cubes with uniform quality and size, without requiring any user intervention.
