The MALLARD FERRIERE professional clarifier will separate the yolk from the egg white very quickly, with an average yield of 12/17 eggs per minute.
How it works:
Simply break the egg in the yellow plastic container, the white is recovered by filtration on the channel; the yolk ends up on the right side (it will be necessary to put a container on each side to collect the yolk on one side, the white on the other).
