The KRAMPOUZ CGBIN4 professional gas crepe maker has a large ø40cm enamelled cast iron cooking plate with a flame adjustment valve, and thermocouple safety (cutoff of the gas supply in the event of accidental extinction of the flame), designed for intensive use and ideal for creperies, restaurants, snack bars, fairgrounds etc... It is a fast and powerful device.

The crepe maker's insulation system will prevent heat loss in certain areas, for optimal heating homogeneity. This will allow you to have an increased cooking performance but above all to obtain beautiful crepes without any defect, both visually and tastefully!
